Your initial Full Reset is the starting vehicle. Each additional, distinct vehicle must receive a completed and paid Full Reset within 45 days after your initial Full Reset is completed and paid. Vehicles must be at the same address or nearby addresses in the same neighborhood or local service group. Joe confirms the service grouping before the appointments and verifies eligibility before approving a refund. Vehicles serviced together on the same day can qualify, even when your initial vehicle is completed or paid later that day. Enrolling, sharing a link or submitting a booking request alone does not earn a reward.

One qualifying additional vehicle earns a 25% cumulative refund. Two earn 50% total. Three earn 100% total. These are total milestones, not amounts added together. You keep the verified 25% or 50% you earned even if you do not reach three additional vehicles before the window ends. The maximum refund is your initial vehicle’s base Full Reset price; additional services and Condition Recovery are excluded.

Yes. Distinct vehicles count, including your own additional car and multiple vehicles at the same address. For example, your two cars plus a neighbor’s two cars make four: your initial vehicle and three qualifying additional vehicles. The initial vehicle never counts as its own referral, and the same physical vehicle cannot be counted twice. Submit a separate request for every vehicle, using your share link for each additional one.

No. Enrollment creates your share link only. Book your initial vehicle through the separate Full Reset request, and share your link for additional vehicles. Joe confirms the appointment, scope and any condition review directly. You pay nothing at enrollment.
